With just a single call to our API you can upload and store any document to encrypted storage. We take care of creating and managing the encryption keys in a HSM (hardware key storage), encrypt the documents and store either on our storage or your AWS, AZure or MINIO Storage.
Any content you pass to our API will be encrypted - This includes all documents plus any optional message or note.
Fetch or read a document back to your App
Call our api with the document ID and we will fetch the document from encrypted storage, decrypt and send back to your app or web site.
Push to a Contact Portal
For portals we will create a portal for the contact, encrypt and store the documents received in the contacts portal, where it is available to both your team and your contacts using our Dropvault collaboration app.

Our API is not limited to our portals. Any B2B channel or vault supports API uploads and can be used to receive and store documents or data from any external source.
Any document or message sent to a B2B channel is immediately available to your team and contacts in the channel where our collaboration app provides access and collaboration

Secure Spaces
You can choose to encrypt any Meeting Space by adding an encryption key and a password. Once encrypted your messages and any documents are encrypted and secure from any 3rd party, including Apptimi!
Once encryption is enabled you can share the password with your team or customer so that they can have access to any conversations in the Space.
