How does it work?

Add your contact, generate a pin number and share this pin with your customer. Then simply share a link to the channel or add a message to the channel and we will send them a notification email with a link. Your customer just clicks the link and enters their pin number to access the channel.

We will carry out security checks, verify the sender and domain, and then encrypt and store the message and documents in your channel. Oh, and then send you a notification.

Compliance and history keeping

For compliance we retain all conversations and documents in the channel and this is always available to either the customer or to your team.

Identity documents are retained for many years and whether it's 1 year or 10 years, they will always remain encrypted and secure if stored in a Dropvault channel.
