Every portal and channel has a unique 256 bit key to protect your data.
It means each channel is protected from any other channel and a security failure on one will not lead to a breach on another. Every message and document in a channel is encrypted with this unique key to it's protected and secured by default.

Any team in any other business
B2B channels work with any team in any business or multiple teams in many businesses.
So teams in multiple law firms can collaborate and message teams in many other firms, or in a financial services environment, project, legal and management from many firms can work together.
There is no limit on the number of teams that can collaborate.
Email into a channel
We support emailing documents and a message directly into a single channel (or portal) or to a general business email address.
So if your customer already knows the email address for the channel, they can use it. Alternatively they can email to a general address (say documents@mybusiness.com ) and if they already have a portal we will add the message to it. If the portal doesn't exist we'll create it and add the message.
You have full control over who can email into your business and to which channels.
